Teachers’ Tips:

This section is very similar to the previous one. Students will already be in the habit of saying "(Character's name) is playing (game name)".

Now however, they will be referring to playing an instrument rather than a game. In this situation they must remember to include the word the before the instrument's name. For example "(Character's name) is playing the (instrument's name)".

The 5 Components

1. Song - The House Song also applies to this section.

2. Interactive Video / Audio File - Use this file the same way you used the previous Interactive Video / Audio File.

3. Textbook Activities - The textbook activities for this section are the same as in the last section, however, you must listen very carefully to make sure that students say the word the before each instrument's name.

4. Classroom Activities - You can photocopy these pages and make your own Flash Cards or print out the Flash Cards from the Teachers’ Kit. You can also have students make their own Flash Cards to practice with.

How about a game of Charades? Have students get up and do the action for the pictures in this Section and Section 21. The other students can guess what they are doing but they must speak perfectly in a sentence. For example, "Johnny is playing the guitar!"

5. Work Sheets - Like in the previous section there are two types of Work Sheets. The first 3 are quite simple and the following 3 are more difficult. There is also a Vocabulary Page and a Bingo Game to enjoy.

이번 섹션은 섹션 21과 매우 비슷합니다. 따라서 학생들은 이미"(Character's name) is playing (game name)". 라는 형식의 문장으로 얘기하는 습관이 되있을겁니다.

5단계 학습 구성

1. 노래 -이 섹션 역시The House Song을 들려주세요.

2. 비디오 / 오디오 상호 학습 -앞 비디오파일과 같은 방법으로 사용하시면 됩니다.

3. 교재 활동 -앞 섹션의 학습방법과 같지만 학생들이 각  악기의  이름앞에 무엇이라고 얘기하는지 잘 들어야 합니다.

4. 교실 활동 -이 페이지들을 복사하여 플래시 카드를 만들거나 "Teacher's Kit".에서 복사해서 만들수있습니다. 학생들이 플래시카드를 직접 만들어 연습하는건 어떨까요.

제스쳐 게임을 해보는건 어떨까요. 학생들이 이번 섹션과 앞 섹션의 그림들을 흉내내면 다른 학생들은 그 학생이 무엇을 하는중인지 알아맞추는겁니다. 이때 대답은 하나의 완벽한 문장으로 얘기해야합니다. 예를들면 "Johnny is playing the guitar!"처럼..
